3 cups dry chana Dhal 2 tbsn red chillie powder 2 tbsn salt curry leaves, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
1 Onion chopped 1 tbsn Maldive fish(optional)
Method
First soak Dhal in water for about 6 hours or more.
Without adding water, grind 2 cups of Dhal coarsely Mix the ground dough with the remaining dhal. Then add chili powder, chopped green chillies,onion curry leaves, salt, Maldive fish and mix it well. Heat oil in a pan , make small round or flat balls out of the dough and fry until golden and crispy.
